Cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive. However, I noticed some issues that detracted from the stay. The lack of a coffee machine or kettle in my room was a surprise, especially for a hotel of this caliber. The bathroom, while stylish, had a window blind that felt inadequate for privacy. Additionally, the absence of air conditioning made the room quite uncomfortable during the warmer evenings. Lastly, the staff, although welcoming, could have been a bit more attentive during the dining experience. A bit more focus on cleanliness in the common areas would also be beneficial.

We had a fantastic stay with our two young kids! The location was perfect, situated on a hill with stunning views of the Neckar River. The funicular made it super easy to explore the town and the spacious room was a real bonus for our family.

This place suits me perfectly with free parking, a bar, and a lovely restaurant. The staff were so helpful with travel tips during my first stay! I highly recommend trying the hiking trails nearby. I'm coming back for a new year!
